Introduction :

This two-day course creates opportunities of learning and institutionalizing the Lean-Agile principles and practices of the Scaled Agile Framework® (SAFe®).
Although this course is designed and developed keeping in mind SAFe® Agilist certification, the design & delivery is done to make this more of a learning intervention. Hence this learning intervention is NOT designed FOR BOOKISH understanding. This creates a foundational perspective and hence possibilities of implementation of SAFe® philosophy through intrinsic willingness.

Learning Objectives : At the end of this course, you shall be able to :

  • Describe the value perspective of SAFe®
  • List the actions and measurements of releasing value through Agile Release Trains
  • Build an Agile Portfolio
  • Define strategies to lead a Lean-Agile transformation at enterprise scale.
  • Create the Lean-Agile mindset and how to apply the principles and practices of SAFe® to support Agile teams, programs, program portfolio management, and to coordinate large Value Streams.
  • Evaluate own strengths and weaknesses to best focus their efforts on examination preparation
  • Claim 14 PDUs necessary to continue PMI Certifications
