A situation: …
"So…what's your project all about? How's it doing" … A sudden, 'seemingly easy' question! Each of us must have faced this question at some or the other situations. And the time to answer… varies from 10 minutes to 2 hrs! We do feel is a internal expression of confusion and tension!
It is not the case that we don't know about the project, especially when we are leading the project. The scene becomes much more complex and tense when you know that the person asking this question is really influential. Not all the time one faces "make or break" situation. A presentation for bringing the stakeholders on one page is equally contributing to the project.

A simple hypothesis works like this …
"If a project manager can present the project extremely well, without missing out any parameter then…
There are very high chances that the project manager focuses on all the parameters while managing the project, leading to the success!"

• Create "short" project presentation

• Use presentations in common understanding, in risk sensitization
• Create & use project diary - "notes to myself"
• Share experiences and Use standard method for lessons learnt documentation
• Achieve 14 contact hours of Project Management Education

Methodology :

Concept Clarity >> Practice >> Connections to work!
Techniques like discussions, group presentations, movies, and role play to facilitate their understanding. However, the participants MUST share their projects when required during the program.

Prerequisite :

Participants should have project management background or at least have worked in project environment. The course is equally useful for those who are about to begin their role as project managers.
