"So…what's your project all about? How's it doing" … A sudden, 'seemingly easy' question! Each of us must have faced this question at some or the other situations. And the time to answer… varies from 10 minutes to 2 hrs! We do feel is a internal expression of confusion and tension!
It is not the case that we don't know about the project, especially when we are leading the project. The scene becomes much more complex and tense when you know that the person asking this question is really influential. Not all the time one faces "make or break" situation. A presentation for bringing the stakeholders on one page is equally contributing to the project.
