The Opportunity to develop a life time asset indeed with complete support from the experts in the industry and organizations

Introduction :

Which attribute is most important for a good trainer: Technical Knowledge or Human Relations skills? Training is more about communicating and relating than explaining facts. It is as much about empathy, patience, and respect as it is technical know-how. The tools and techniques of training, although very important, are the icing on the cake. One needs to look for the 'human' skills first. They take a special gift. Technical and presentation skills can be learned in a matter of weeks. The techie who can talk bits and bytes may alienate or intimidate the learner. On the other hand, the warm and fuzzy, feel-good instructor who doesn't know the subject can be equally frustrating. Neither one is entirely successful at promoting learning.

The program focuses on practical, proven, leading-edge techniques and strategies that both new and experienced trainers can begin to use immediately with success.
